If you require Pool Heating this is an additional £75 per week.

A deposit of £100 per week or part week is required to secure booking. Full payment is required within 8 weeks of departure. A separate security deposit of £200 is also required. This will be refunded if no damage is found by our management company.

If a booking is made for 6 days or less the guest will be responsible for cleaning costs of £50.

We accept both UK and US cheques or you can wire/mail payment directly to our bank account in Florida.

Alternatively, you can pay securely using any major credit card with Paypal in Sterling/Dollars or Euros. Please note a Paypal transaction will be subject to a 3% surcharge.
